Terms of Service

The service. You upload photos of yourself; we use AI to generate a pack of professional headshots delivered by email. Results are AI-generated portraits based on your photos — most customers get many great shots per pack, and individual images can vary.

Your photos. Only upload photos of yourself (or someone who has given you permission). Don't upload photos of minors, third parties without consent, or unlawful content. We may refuse and refund orders that violate this.

License. You own your generated headshots and may use them for any lawful personal or commercial purpose — listings, profiles, marketing, print.

Re-runs & refunds. Not happy with your pack? Reply to your delivery email within 14 days: we'll re-run it once with adjustments for free, and if it still misses we'll refund you in full.

Disclaimer. The service is provided as-is; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. AI-generated images should be presented as your likeness in good faith — they are not photographs of a physical session.
