Privacy Policy

Effective: August 2026. Rei Today is operated by Den Digital LLC ("we").

What we collect. The photos you upload, your email address, optional first name, your wardrobe-styling choice, and order/payment records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How your photos are used. Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your headshot pack. They are transmitted to our AI image provider (fal.ai) for processing and stored privately in our infrastructure so we can re-run your order if needed. Your photos are never used to train models for anyone else, never sold, and never shared beyond the processing described here.

Your generated headshots belong to you, with full commercial rights. We store them privately so your gallery link keeps working.

Retention & deletion. Your uploaded photos and the training file are deleted automatically within 30 days of delivery (kept that long only so we can honor the free re-run). Generated headshots are retained for 90 days so your gallery link keeps working, then deleted. Email support@dendigital.us from your order email at any time to have everything deleted sooner.

Emails. We send transactional emails only (receipt, delivery, order issues). No marketing lists.
